Lubars is the best boss I've ever worked for. I mean that. He always has your back, and he values creativity above all else.

why the hell does Lubars always take credit for BBDO winning Network of the year?
He is not their Global CCO and his NY office only contributed a tiny bit to the network tally. CD's of all the other BBDO agencies that won many more lions than him must be annoyed.

actually, that's not the case. lubars passed on a ww creative title to focus on work and not flying around. we're happy to have him fill these ww roles, wish he would do it more.

He's a great guy. It's sad that the folks like Joe Shands and Eric Hirshberg say bad things about him because they are jealous.
